Welcome to the future of training -- low cost, no travel and minimal time commitment! Now you can participate in Loyalty Leader® seminars while you're sitting at your desk! All Teleseminars are conducted via telephone. No computer is necessary to participate.

Each program is "live" and 60 minutes in length. Teleseminars are always scheduled from Noon - 1:00 PM Eastern time.     General Information

    All Teleseminars are "live" and one hour in length, from Noon - 1:00 PM Eastern time. Phones are open from 11:50 am to 1:05 PM. The Teleseminar will be recorded and available to you for listening through a special access number for 14 days following the actual date of the live program.

    We use the honor system and respectfully ask that you do not share access codes with others because that may cause others, including yourself, to have difficulty in accessing the Teleseminar.

    The single registration fee for each Teleseminar is $125.

    If two or more employees from your organization would like to participate, you will save with the Team Registration option. One low price of $199 entitles you to one telephone line per site, allowing you to gather as many people as you want to listen in on the call using a speakerphone. This provides your whole team with cost-effective, high impact training that includes tips they can start using immediately after participating in the Teleseminar.

    Fees are non-refundable, however, if you miss the date of the live program for any reason, you can still listen to the recorded program via your special access number for up to 14 days.
